Just like Charlie said, I had the honor to spend so much time with Evan during our time in Texas together. He made every day there a great day and his energy and positivity was infectious with everyone around. Such a great person and an even greater friend and he will be dearly missed.
I had the absolute honor to get to know Evan while at our Navy school in Texas this past August. In the short amount of time we served together he made such an impact to me as well as several others. His positivity was infectious as well as his smile. I will always remember him as a brother I got to borrow for a short while.
