My condolences and prayers go out to the Whitfield family. Joe was a fantastic, friendly, and kind supervisor at the downtown US Post Office on Market Street. He was one of my supervisors. Joe treated everyone with respect and genuine concern. I'm extremely sorry to hear of his death. Joe will definitely be missed. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
