To the Banks family,
Uncle Leo is my “East Coast” uncle. When I think about him I think about Washington DC. My cousins. As a child I remember him coming to visit and he was the big shot from the “East Coast” Well he truly lived his life and shared wisdom with me as well. Farewell and til we meet again say hello to your brother Buster my dad. Our last words are always “Love You” and it is always meant and true.
