To the Family of Uly Hawkins,
Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of Uly. I had the privilege of meeting him about a year ago, and in that time, I came to know him as a truly kind, generous, and decent man who loved the Lord with all his heart. Uly was a straight shooter—honest and genuine—with an engaging personality that made everyone around him feel welcome and valued.
He deeply loved his family and also knew how to enjoy life. He never spoke ill of anyone and showed great respect for the thoughts and beliefs of others. His humane spirit, integrity, and quiet strength will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
As the Scripture reminds…
My Dearest Darling, you will forever hold a place in my heart. Thoughts of you crossed my mind today, just as they did yesterday and in the days prior. I often reflect on you in silence, and your name frequently escapes my lips. Now, I am left with cherished memories and your image captured in a frame. Your memory serves as my treasured keepsake, a bond that will never be severed. Though God has taken you, you will always remain a part of me.
